Hannah’s interest in massage began in 2011 when she traveled through Asia. She was intrigued by the different massage styles in India, Thailand and Cambodia. Hannah studied Massage Therapy at Langara College and graduated in April 2021. During her two-year program, she gained experience working with a wide variety of conditions.
Hannah’s strengths are empathy and compassion. Her treatment approach is about patient centered care. Her goal is for every patient to get back to their normal and then some. She is a believer in providing an effective treatment and teaching proper home care to provide lasting results. She has a strong skill set of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, as well as Swedish massage.
Hannah grew up playing competitive sports like softball, basketball, and volleyball. She continues to play recreationally. She has an in-depth understanding of injuries and rehabilitation. Along with playing sports, she also loves yoga, traveling, meditation, cycling, hiking, and scuba diving.
